(Englewood Cliffs, NJ January 14, 2011) DancePop artist Baker debuts his single “Echo” to viral success and makes PopSucker.com’s 2010 Year End Chart as Best Song. The honor is not Baker’s first musical triumph; earlier in the year his single “Turbulence” was also listed in the Top 10 on PopSucker.com. “Echo” was co-written and co-produced by Baker and Los Angeles based electro hip hop band Hyper Crush. Infectious and catchy in its original version, “Echo” was later remixed by New York producer and DJ Mike Rizzo as “Echo –The Mike Rizzo Generation Club Mix.” The remix generated interest from music blogs, club DJs and fans new and long-time. Baker was born and raised in Manhattan and has been singing and performing since childhood. His rise to internet stardom came with his soulful cover of Nirvana’s “Heart Shaped Box.” Currently living and recording on both east and west coasts, he has always been a fan of pop, even before he planned on making music himself.
